Tony is passionate about people. He believes true fulfillment in life comes from understanding your purpose and destiny: knowing why God created you. He believes you become your best YOU, when you are living in a thriving and healthy family. As a relationship coach and mentor specifically to men, he has gained respect and affection as a teacher because of his simplistic, challenging and encouraging style. As a college prep coach, he works with parents and students to help ignite awareness in students of their talents and academic strengths by providing insight and guidance on career selection, college selection, the application process, test preparation, financial aid opportunities, and the athletic recruiting process. As a husband and father of over 25 years, he is now dedicating his life to helping men and women be their best selves. As a result, they will be better husbands, better wives, better parents, and ultimately better people. He is also a certified Marriage Today and Marriage on the Rock trainer.
nicole davis
Nicole is clear about her WHY for everything she does: it’s her family. For decades she has not only provided guidance and nurturing to her own family, she has also worked with women and mothers to do the same. She demonstrates how to pursue education, career, and healthy families—all at the same time. As a relationship coach and mentor specifically to women, she has gained affection for her teaching and leadership style for being loving, firm, but fair. As a wife of over 25 years and the mother of two adult sons, family enrichment has been her number one priority. Nicole is also a certified mediator, facilitator, conflict coach, and a certified Marriage Today and Marriage on the Rock trainer.

Empower to Engage is Tony and Nicole’s Christian-based organization designed to equip couples and parents with resources and strategies to create stronger marriages and families. They focus on enhancing marriages, families, and equipping men and women to exemplify godly leadership in their sphere of societal influence. Together, Tony and Nicole have also co-authored their popular books known as the Done Right Series, which bring voice to what God is speaking regarding FAMILY dynamics and the conduct of the individuals within them.
